Wednesday Night Prayer Ministry
On Wednesdays, following the school calendar, our church gathers for a meal at 5pm, followed by programs for Children and Youth, an Adult Bible Study, Prayer Group Meeting, and Choir Practice.
Wednesday Night Prayer Ministry
We are called to pray without ceasing!
The Wednesday Night Prayer Ministry is a way for us to stay in touch with the needs of our church body and surrounding community. We meet at the church every Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm and specifically pray for our:
• Service men and women
• Nursing home residents
• Meadowview Church ministries
• Meadowview daily prayer line requests
Adult Bible Hour
Aside from the preached Word during our corporate worship service, this is Meadowview’s primary Christian educational endeavor for adults; a key component to our being equipped to “take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.” Sunday’s at 9am.
Senior Adult Ministry
The senior adults are a vital part of our ministry at Meadowview. Their servant hearts and their outgoing lifestyles make them one of the most exciting groups to be a part of. If you are 55 years or older, please consider participating in this ministry. Come and join in the fun, fellowship, and the joy of working together in various ministry opportunities.

Front Office Helper
Team members extend the love of Christ through fellowship into the lives of others who live lives of unimaginable hardship. Volunteers spend the evenings with an overnight stay at the homeless shelter the third and fourth Saturdays of each month throughout the year. Volunteers are generally there by 7:00 PM to fellowship with the residents, help serve meals, get the residents bedded down, and help with breakfast the next day. The ministry also holds a Bible study on each Friday morning at the shelter, generally from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. While there are many residents who know the Lord and we rejoice with them and provide scripture to lift them up in their daily walk, there are also many who are unsaved. We are thankful for the opportunity to share the plan of salvation with them. The mercy and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is eternal!
Prayer Email Ministry
We are called to pray without ceasing! The Prayer Ministry is a way for us to stay in touch with the needs of our church body and surrounding community. This involves a list of prayer requests sent out daily, Monday through Friday. Included are prayer items for those with health issues, those facing grief and loss, our military, nursing home residents, and missionaries, as well as any other concerns in need of prayer. Urgent requests and updates are sent throughout the week as necessary.
To sign up to receive the prayer emails or to submit requests, contact the Prayer Ministry at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests may also be called in to the church office at 336.249.2680.
